While we strongly recommend managed services for businesses that rely on technology day in and day out, we also understand what it feels like to be a small business on a tight budget. Break-Fix means you call us only when something goes wrong — and pay for the time it takes to fix it. It’s a good option for one-off issues or small environments, but it comes with risks: unexpected costs, longer downtimes, and no prevention.
We offer Break-Fix services because we know not everyone is ready to commit to a full support plan — and that’s okay. But if you’re serious about uptime, security, and long-term savings, managed IT is the better investment.

Omnitech offers Break-Fix IT support and One-Off projects for businesses and individuals — no monthly commitment required. Just honest, reliable service when you need it most.

Hourly billing – Transparent rates, billed in 15-minute increments

A Few Exceptions:
Break-Fix SLA Required: While there’s no monthly minimum, all break-fix clients must sign our Break-Fix Service Level Agreement (SLA) before we begin work. This document protects both parties, outlines hourly rates and service terms, and ensures clear communication. It does not require any upfront payment or recurring fees — just mutual understanding.
Some complex environments or security-sensitive work may require enrollment in one of our Managed Service Plans.
Some tools (like monitoring or remote access agents) may be temporary or limited.
Break-fix jobs could be deprioritized during peak support hours.
- We reserve the right to decline break-fix work that poses a security risk or falls outside our service capabilities.
Need More Than a Quick Fix? Ask About Block Time & Projects
For clients who need more extensive work — like equipment upgrades, office moves, or recurring IT tasks — we offer Project Support and Prepaid Block Time at discounted hourly rates.
Project Work: We’re happy to scope, quote, and execute IT projects on a flat-fee or hourly basis — no long-term commitment required.
Block Time Packages: Prepay for a set number of hours (10, 25, 50, or 100) and use them as needed. Great for clients who want support on standby without paying monthly.
No Expiration (During Agreement Term): Block hours remain available for the duration of your agreement and can be used for anything outside standard support or monitoring.
This is a great way to control costs while still having access to trusted, responsive help for out-of-scope or planned work.
